Hi, I am Manal. I was 106 kg at the end of 2021. During the period of COVID-19, I gained 15 kg in a year of curfew. When life returned to normal, I did not feel good in my skin or in my mind. After several unsuccessful attempts to lose weight using traditional methods, I decided to take a step back to better understand the human body and my situation.
